Begin (Ritual Yin Journey)

Although I don’t believe the new year is a time to brazingly wish for yourselves to change, I do think it’s a great time to take stock, reflect and dream of the year ahead. Last year I made a commitment to live more from the heart, less from the logical brain, basing my decisions of “what feels better, more right” rather than what is simply the most logical “smart” next move in life. And wow, the difference that small commitment to “listen to my heart more” has brought, life has flowed more than it ever did ❤️

So this year as I sat and listened to what the next year would bring and I what I wish to tune into, I felt the call to make another commitment, this time to come back to the core sense of being, share more of myself and my truth this year.

There is so much noise and expectations of who to be, what to think, say & do. It has drowned out inner voice, that contentment and knowledge of simply “being” .

I’ve also been ready “soul codes” which speaks into the idea that we are born with a particular path ahead, the thing that will bring us most joy, our gifts are all there ready to be discovered, the more we listen, the more clear these paths become ❤️
